Evangelists and most latinos and are pro-life, and tons of them voted against her because of that, they say.
Trump said to her at one of the debates_…even a 9 month old fetus, ...?_ She said something as a response but not a convincing answer. Could Hilary Clinton have won if it weren’t for her position on abortion?

No, hell no, and uh-uh, too. A woman’s right to an abortion is one of the hallmarks of the Democratic party.
What Trump said was a GROSS exaggeration!
No. They would’ve still found another reason to hate her and vote against her. It’s just an excuse they talk about to hide the real hatred they have for their fellow man. They feel it makes their bias sound more humane.
I saw an interview where a woman said that she didn’t like some of the stuff Trump said but Hillary believes in killing babies and then follow it up with the Mexicans are stealing our jobs and women shouldn’t be allowed to vote. Yeah. She’s a sexist bigot who is denial.
This is Trumps base in a nut shell.
From what I hear on the street and in the coffee shop, she would have had a better chance. Some voted issues not the person because both were equally repugnant, but you would never get anyone here, to acquiesce to that.
So what you’re asking is “If Hillary Clinton had views similar to those of Donald Trump, would she have won?” No.
Even most pro-choiceers are agaisnt abortion after 3 or so months. It can’t be the hallmark of a party to kill an unborn child and say “that,s my body.” It the baby’s body/life and it’s the father’s unborn child.
I may have to change my mind on that my earlier answer. My mom lives in NC She said that preachers there were telling their parishes that being a democrat was a sin. They are baby killers. And even if they don’t vote that they are voting for the death of babies and they would not be forgiven and will go to hell.

Ugh, I really wish the IRS would go after these churches that politicize from the pulpit and revoke their tax-exempt status.
I live in Memphis, and I’ve never known a biblically conservative church to make a political statement, although religious television networks do—usually issues rather than individuals are promoted or denounced .
Hillary Clinton and democratic representative Steve Cohen have politically campaigned rather openly in several Memphis churches this past year.
Steve Carson preached at Bellevue Baptist in Memphis this year, but it was not political and he was no longer running or campaigning at that point.
