What use has a guy for a scented candle?
Yankee Candle Company’s Midsummer’s Night.
I’m going to have to call the wife & ask her on this, I know what I like but she knows all the names…get back to you.
Yankee Candle Sage and Citrus.
I also like anything lavender or lilac or floral.
Okay, I rang her & she knew that I really like the vanilla, mixed with a floral fragrance.
Apparently this is the Yankee Candle (what else) Pink Sands…i’m so in touch with my feminine side.
I don’t buy scented candles on purpose though I’ve liked some lightly citrusy ones I’ve bought by mistake.
Gal…I don’t really buy scented candles any more, but I do use a candle warmer which uses scented wax. One of my favorite scents is Peppermint by Scentsy. I do not like flowery scents or scents that are too “perfumey”.
I’m a gal. Vanilla is my favorite, followed closely by lavender.
Unscented.
My son has made some beautiful candles using fine wax and scent. They are lovely, but I dislike being surrounded by flowery or spicy perfume. It becomes too much too fast.
Unscented. I wish more candle making companies would do unscented candles in glass jars and nice colours etc. I have actually had to leave candle shops because of the overpowering smell.
A few years back I smelled the most wonderful pine scented candle around Xmas time. I don’t know what brand it was, wish I did, because I’d like to find one.
I’m with @Jeruba and @Earthbound_Misfit here. The no fragrance is the best fragrance, whether it’s candles, clothes, or anything else (except flowers). I hate things that smell in any way, it’s attacking my nose.
