Masters in Cyber security and digital forensics vs security certifications like CISSP,OHCP?

I have did my Bachelors in Information Technology(B.tech). I have two years of security vulnerability testing experience.

I wanted to pursue my career as Cyber security and digital forensic expert. Is Masters degree a wise choose or security certifications?
Or is it good to do Masters in computer science with some electives in security?

And, if masters degree a better option, then MS or MSc to choose? What’s the basic difference between them and which universities to choose?
