I am a fan of ELP, and loved In The Court Of The Crimson King, which has the best album cover ever.

Another 60’s/70’s rock icon bites the dust. R.I.P. Greg.

Sad news…thanks for sharing. ELP was my first of many incredible cerebral bands to cross my path in the mid seventies.

I wasn’t into ELP’s music at the time. I was into other music. But I do remember the first cut on the Crimson King LP. That was impressive.

Come inside, the show’s about to start
guaranteed to blow your head apart
Rest assured you’ll get your money’s worth
The greatest show in Heaven, Hell or Earth.
You’ve got to see the show, it’s a dynamo.
You’ve got to see the show, it’s rock and roll….

Right before your eyes we pull laughter from the skies
And he laughs until he cries then he dies then he dies

So Long Greg, thank you for helping provide the soundtrack to my youth…....... and into my waning years.
