Any nose-hair solutions for a older gentleman?
My grandpa is getting up there in years and Christmas is coming up. So I thought I would look for something to help him out that was easy and painless.
Kidding… It is actually for me.
I trust you guys more than Amazon reviews so I thought I would ask you all how you deal with the nose hair.

My husband uses a Braun nose hair trimmer. He said they lied when they said it doesn’t hurt. I’ve not heard screams coming from the bathroom though.
I use a tiny pair of sissors. I have an electric trimmer but I never got a good trim and it would throw hair up into my sinus cavity. Ocassionaly it would just yank a hair out. No thanks.
I have a Phillips Norelco Multigroomer. The only adapter I use is the rotary nose hair trimmer. I’ve tried some of the methods mentioned and this one is the only one that has been successful consistently.
The only reason I can figure out why it works so well is that the speed of the rotary blade really does cut the fairly wiry hairs. The other item…I don’t go too deep in the nares. The hairs are actually a filter mechanism. So…I just get rid of the unsightly ones.
A big bushy mustache is good to camouflage the unruliest of the nose hairs…
Seriously, though, I have one of these. I received one as a Christmas gift a few years ago.
Tiny pair of scissors is sufficient as mentioned by someone. Nothing more needed.
@johnpowell Groom Mate Platinum XL $19.99 lifetime warranty. Will do the job painlessly. Can wash and clean. Comes with a brush. (don’t ask me how I know) My grandfather…..
I have an antediluvian Braun nose-hair trimmer. It must be 20 years old. Works a treat.
A small pair of scissors and one of those battery operated nose hair trimmers like others have mentioned. But do get a good one!
Small scissors with rounded tips so you don’t poke yourself.
Let them grow into a mustache.
