Can you sell on Ebay without the app on your phone?

You can buy or sell on eBay from the computer you are on. No need for a phone.

Do you have a digital camera with which you can upload a picture to your computer? That’s how people did it before smart phones.

Yes but I got it in early December and don’t know how to use it yet. Can I upload a picture from my iPhone ? Or do people simply not do such a thing?

Yes, you can upload a picture from your iPhone. I do it all the time.

You can either email the picture to yourself from the phone and then open you r email on the computer and save the picture to your computer, or, you can connect the phone to your computer via the charging cord and a USB port, and import the picture to your computer form the phone.

Connect the phone to your computer. Open the photo storage program on your computer. When that is open, click on the “FILE” menu. There should be an option to “import” from the file.

When it asks where to import from, there will be an option to select either your phone, or teh USB port. Select that,

Your computer will then display a bunch of thumbnail versions of the pictures on your phone.. Select the one you want, and follow the prompts to import it.

Or, you can go to the App Store on your phone, search for “eBay” and add the app to your phone. Probably a lot easier and less complicated.

The App Store icon on an iPhone is a blue icon with a white circle, and an “A” on it; the “A” is made of what looks like a crossed pencil and paintbrush.

Just go to ebay.com and sell your stuff. The computer is for doing things like this. Your phone is for, well, phoning. You scan or download your pictures to put them on your listing. Good luck. I know how to scan pictures if I place a photograph on top of my printer. But you can’t put a pair of shoes in there!

No, you have to take a picture of the shoes and then scan the picture. Most cameras and phones allow one to transfer a picture to their hard drive. I’m not techy enough to do that myself.
