Larry Lunchmeat has an IQ of 87 while Joe Schmuckatelli has an IQ of 128, who is diminished greater by being inebriated, the one who is less intelligent, or the one who is greater?

Since inebriation does not affect intelligence, but affects other things, they are both affected equally.

But doesn’t it affect how one uses the intelligence they have, it is not all physical.
