One of the rules here is that you need to choose the right section for your question. Questions about Fluther belong in Meta. I have moved this question there.
You can always try whois.icann.org to find out who owns a website (or at least registered the domain)
Actually at this point, it is owned by Ben Finkel and Biz Stone. Andrew is not an owner any more.
@Lightlyseared Well, if you read back through Meta questions, it says that Andrew was bought out by Stone but maybe there is some other factor.
There were two questions:
1. Who is the owner?
and
2. Who created Fluther?
