It is supposed to mean nutrition wise you are what you eat, if you eat junk food high in fat, and calories and low in essential vitamins, you will be unhealthy. If you eat food with good cholesterol, vitamin rich, with antioxidants, etc. then you are healthier, etc.
Congrats on your 5k wing by the way.
Heyyyyyy, didn’t notice. Congrats.
It simply means that the material that makes up your body comes from the food you eat.
Am I a spinach borek? will I turn green before I get to the swimming pool?
If that were true, I would be a human.
@BellaB Yeah, watch out for Popeye!
It means that if you live on donuts and hamburgers pretty soon you will take on the shape of a donut and hamburger. Round. haha
