Did you hear Jerry Falwell will lead the higher education task force?

That is what NBC, CBS, USA Today, and just about everybody else is saying. And that’s Jerry Falwell, Jr., Leslie. I’m sure you know that, but you damn near gave me a heart attack. I was unaware that insect had left his spawn behind.

Now I’m just having a junior heart attack.

I think “you ain’t seen nothin yet” This carnival of the absurd has barely pitched its tent, and the upcoming “wonders” to dazzle us will be spectacular indeed. It’s going to be a harsh unforgiving lesson for a bunch of naive people conditioned to lazy thinking.

@JLeslie What’s the general reaction in the Villages to all of this?

Remember what he said at his only foreign policy speech, he promised to be “reliable” and “unpredictable” on the world stage. More unpredictables coming !

@Espiritus_Corvus Good question. I don’t talk politics much here. The democrats I know are completely freaked out over Trump, several I know took a bus to D.C. for the March after the inauguration. I haven’t talked to anyone about Falwell.

There are a lot of hard core Trumpers here. I’m interested to see if anyone will start to change their minds as time goes on.
