Do you prefer the end or outside cuts of meat?
I like eating the outside of a roast while its being cooked. Is it just me or do your like the outside cuts of beef, and pork? I find a nice friend to share the inside piece .

For beef I prefer the inside as it’s more likely to be close to how I prefer beef (blue -> rare). If it’s a big pork roast, give me the outside so I can get the crackling :).
Nothing tastier to me than an end chunk of a well cooked Prime rib.
It’s all in the cooking.
My Sicilian wife can make just about any animal part yummy.
