Help with password reset?

You may be able to set up a new email address and put that in here to get the password reset info. Sorry I don’t know much about this.

I’ve got a similar issue I am locked out of outlook for no reason. I cannot do the reset form because it keeps telling me that the info’ is incorrect yet it is not. It’s my account!

@LornaLove another friend said that she had issues with 2 accounts yesterday, as well. I was unable to reset one of my 3 accounts on my own yesterday, now this will make the second one that I could not access without help.

@ANef_is_Enuf I managed to get Microsoft on chat, via my boyfriend’s computer and thank goodness I am back into my mail. How is your side going? I believe they are having issues.

I am still having a hard time with this account. I had my password reset, but it won’t show me to log in, just to use an existing login. The others are sorted out. Yet another friend said she had the same problem today.

@ANef_is_Enuf It’s definitely a Microsoft issue, I heard they are changing servers or something. I am not very tech minded, but it seems that is the issue.

I am still unable to log into my Fluther account from my phone, even with the new password. So strange.
