What's the best way to sync multiple iPods to a single machine?

I have about 5 iPods and would love to manage them from a single machine.

iTunes does the trick for me in manging two iPods. Firstly you should disable AutoSync on iTunes. Then just drag and drop music to the right iPod. I dont have much music bought off iTunes - so that hasnt been a problem for me
