Is there any way buy office 2016 without subscription？All subscription on ebay?

I mean buy once time like office 2013, office 2010.

Amazon has MS Office 2016 for purchase and it is not a subscription. I don’t know about eBay, I didn’t look. Stay away from the product called Office 365, which is a subscription product that you must renew each year to keep using the full product.
