It’s a story about kids who all come from different backgrounds, normally bad ones, that grow up in a guy who saved them all’s house, who they call Dad. They’re teens in the story. The most important part is the fact their personalities are all based on animals, (i.e. dog is an energetic and athletic person) So is their appearance, (i.e. bunny wears a fluffy sweater) but they aren’t named after their animal, it’s simply their nickname. None are the same animal, except the twins. The story is based around the fact they were home-schooled a long time, and it’s their first time in a real high school.

I used to work as a copy editor. If you’re going to submit this for publication, the publisher will decide the title. I know it may seem odd, but that’s the business. Until then, you can call it whatever you want.
Welcome to Fluther!
I guess Animal House is out of the question, but that’s where I would have gone.
How about Stable Home as a working title?
How about “Learning Curve”
or, perhaps
“Teachers Pets”
Yeah, Stable Home is cool.
@CWOTUS I don’t think Stable Home would work too well since stables are where you keep horses and this story has a range of animals. Plus , I know it’s like the fact animals stay there, but people might just think of horses.
I wasn’t sure if the OP was looking for a book that he/she had read in the past and couldn’t remember the title, or if they were asking us to help give this story (which maybe they have written) a title.
If you look at the topics, one is “writing books”.
