How far apart should your head and a radio/ stereo be, in order to prevent electromagnetic radiation?
Is there a website that refers to at least 6 inches? or 6 feet,(this is about sleeping around it) away from your head?
6 inches sounds too little, and 6 feet sounds too much.

If it is simply a receiver, there is no safety issue. A transmitter depends on frequency and power. Most consumer electronics are quite safe.

So why is there suggestion to place a distance between the head and and the radio/stereo? Which ones are they referring to?

What specific device?

@ARE_you_kidding_me That’s my question to you, since you wrote “most” are okay, then which are among the not most. I’m referring to radio/stereo.

Hearing loss from sound is probably what they are speaking of. There is no electromagnetic/radiation risk from a receiver.

Yeah, you are not going to get that from a stereo, your cell phone is about 1000x worse.
