Do you agree with my Mom?
(I’m pretending it’s the 50’s and 60’s and I’m pretending to be a 15 year old girl, but this is a true story. Wanted to see what you thought of it.)
My Mom told me to never French Kiss with a boy because he will get so excited he won’t be able to help himself. She said if I French Kiss a boy I might as well go all the way. Do you agree?

No. Although some of that might be true to some extent, it couldn’t possibly apply in all circumstances. Come to think of it, I have never heard that to get to first base you had to French kiss first.
Although French kissing is a huge turn on…I don’t necessarily agree that “doing it” is an expected requisite follow up to that kind of kissing. I think of it as flirting with your tongue. @kritiper I thought kissing was first base.
I thought boobs were first base.
No, I do not agree with your mom. That kind of thinking is tragically backwards, even harmful. It basically fosters and excuses rape culture.
I thought she was full of it at the time too! Still do. Yes, I got the impression that if I French kissed a boy and got raped it would be my fault. During those years rapes were very under-reported and hardly ever prosecuted. They easily found ways to blame it on the women. Tragically, many of the women of the era agreed.
Couples do French Kisses but….. hook up- It depends upon both the parties.
During your mom’s era it might be true where a girls concern were not taken seriously. Women cannot fight during that time, but now it the time has changed. So if your partner is Kissing you in French style and you are not in a mood of hook, the act ends there.
Of course we could fight. We’ve always been able to fight.
