I know “the Treaty of Utrecht” is a thing but cannot tell you more.

I know of the city in the Netherlands, the art supply store chain, and that there was a treaty (but not what it was about without looking it up).

I’ve been there several times. I spent about six months in NL over the course of three years. The other Americans and I on the IT project we were involved in lived in the Tulip Inn in Woerden, and worked at Montfort.

The first weekend I spent there I took the train into Utrecht to walk around and get used to … well, everything that I could.

Amsterdam was always more exciting, but Utrecht had its charms, too.
