As AI technology advances, it seems inevitable that they will not only become sentient, but most likely surpass humans in almost every way. AI civil rights, will need to be addressed.

It seems likely, to me, that they (AIs) will eventually be determining human rights. Hopefully they will be more humane, than humans were…
