What types of STDs do lesbians need to protect themselves from?

Asked by Dutchess_III (47118points) March 13th, 2017

Let us assume neither they, nor any of their partners, have ever been with a male.

What types of STDs can they contract, and how can they protect themselves?

How do they protect themselves?

The thing about partners, and even partners’ partners, is that the partners’ partners also may have had partners, who also have had partners, who also have had partners, etc. However, lesbian activities tend to involve less exchange of body fluids, so that helps.

They protect themselves with dental dams. Which, really, anyone having casual oral sex with a woman should use.
