Yes, it is debt ceiling time, but this will be a non-event because the GOP Congress will not want to shut down the government.

It isn’t a critical-need-to-do-it-today situation, but needs to be addressed in the next couple months. But there is already talk of the GOP being incompetent at governing, so they won’t throw a roadblock on this.
