Kenshiro would win.

Both end up with concussions and they each die early.

Both were wrecking machines, so it may come down to who lands the first solid punch.
I’ll go with Drago, since it took Rocky much longer to beat him.

Umm…I didn’t watch Rocky III much, I kinda didn’t like it, but I thought Rocky 4 was the best of all of them.
I’ll say Ivan Draggo because he’s way bigger than Mr.T in real life I think so he’d have some reach on him plus he killed Apollo Creed ” If he dies, he dies.”
