General Question
Can you please help me find out why I have this pain and crunching sound in my neck?
For few months now ive been having this weird crunching in my neck and very painful when i have been looking up or down then bringing my head back to normal position, at times it locks up too, i havent done anything different. My ex used to beat on me and pull me around by my hair and jerk me pretty hard could this be a result from that?
