Most people are from the USA. There are a few from other places around the world. I am from the UK.
I am from Alpha Centauri.
Yeah. I get the sense that most consistent contributors are from the US.
We are fortunate enough to have some diversity though.
I’m from Charleston, SC in the USA…
We often get spam originating in India but it is deleted and the senders are blocked almost instantly.
Most posts are from people in the US. However, we have some awesome contributors from all over the world.
If you ask a question about a particular country or language they will chime in
I myself am 100% English, although one would never know old bean…what, what!!
<long story about Roma possibly originating on the subcontinent>
Canadian with Roma/Prussian ancestry. The documents that brought my parents here said German which covered it off.
Still in the UK last time I checked.(That’s almost half of us!)
Don’t forget me! I’m one of a kind here :D
@Mimishu1995 i specifically had you in mind when I wrote “awesome contributors”! ;-)
We have:
One who lives in Trinidad.
A US citizen who splits his time between a Caribbean island and his boat. There’s another US citizen residing in Norway.
At least 3 other members living in India.
At least 2 Germans.
A Polish jelly.
Korean members.
Several Dutch members, but they haven’t posted in awhile.
Quite a few Australians.
At least one who lives in New Zealand.
One or more living in Mexico.
Several living in Taiwan and/or China.
One or more Filipino members.
I might be able to post some more, but now I have some unwilling occupants* to retrieve from the trunk of my car.
*AKA groceries in need of refrigeration. ;-)
^ I had no idea it was that diverse. Are all of them active?
@Sneki95 All of them are my alternate accounts, but I only have enough time to keep some of them active. ;-p
Actually, I haven’t seen any activity from the following members in awhile:
A Polish jelly.
Korean members.
Several Dutch members.
At least one who lives in New Zealand.
Two or more living in Mexico. One is a Dr. with an initial, and the other regards himself as a Subway customer and the rest of us as sandwich shop employees. ;-)
Canadian here (born in France)
Thanks for the reminder, @Berserker
IIRC, we have a member who I think lives in France.
I’m from Australia (and originally British). We hail from many parts of the world.
@Sneki95 Guess what country I forgot? ;-)
@Brian1946 I’ll let you get away with it this time.
@Brian1946 Subway doesn’t carry pastrami, the cheap bastards.
