Is the editing period for an OP10 minutes whether it's flagged or not flagged?

If a question (an OP) is flagged, how long is the editing time? Is it 10 minutes, the same as if it weren’t flagged?

No, there is no time limit then.
Years ago I got a question flagged and sent to moderation before my time was up. It hasn’t happened since.
@RedDeerGuy1 Your writing standard must be good. I just posted an OP about that.
Flagging a question does nothing to change how long the OP can edit it on their own. Once the question is moderated and sent back to the asker, however, they can wait as long as they want to fix it up and send it back.
By the way, @mod, whoever kept shooting back my what the hail question, That last send back I expected. I just wanted my frustration to be seen before I changed it altogether.
Hope my upset humor didn’t tick off anyone.
