My friend says I look stupid with glasses. How can I tell him that I need them?
I lost my contacts so I need to wear my glasses but my friend (yes He’s my friend) tells me to take them off and leave them off for a day but I can’t. Not Until next week after I get new contacts in the mail from Wal-Mart. Without my glasses, I’m as blind as a bat. I mean I can’t see at all.

Just tell him what you told us. He’s your friend, he has to understand. Otherwise I don’t see how a friend refuses to listen to you.
You say “I can’t see without them. Stop being a douche weenie and be a little more of an understanding friend.”
Get friends who don’t ridicule your disability.
What do you care what he thinks? You need glasses, wear them! If he doesn’t like it (or them), tell him to go take a flying leap at a rolling donut!

And perhaps find a place that delivers a lot faster.~
Tell him he looks stupid without glasses.
Just shake your head like, “What a stupid thing to say,” and go on without saying anything more.
Why do you keep surrounding yourself with “friends” who constantly put you down? And why do you worry so much about what others think?
tell him that isn’t the glasses, but your habit of hanging out with tactless people prattling stupidities. Tell him that associating with such folks confuses the feeble minded.
Tell him to grow up and that you need your glasses to see, then start looking for some new friends. This guy doesn’t sound like a friend, he sounds like a jerk.
Politely tell him to go fuck himself…
Point out that you could punch him, but since you have on glasses, he can’t hit you back, then invite him to step closer.
Tell him you need them to fucking see, and if he is too stupid to see that then oh well.
Also in this day and age there are literally hundreds of super stylish frames to choose from do you have a pair out of the fifties or something?
I’m sure it’s just an extra set he had laying around that he grabbed @SQUEEKY2. Remember he lost his contacts.
I have a feeling it wouldn’t matter anyway. His “friends” will take digs anyway because they know it gets to him. They are assholes, and he is ridiculous to put up with it.
Glasses are super cool now. The bookish thing is in.
I am not joking.
And I know saying get better friends is easier said than done. If you don’t have many and making friends is hard finding a replacement can be difficult.
You could always just turn it into a joke and say something like, “Now I am the ugly one so you might have a chance with the ladies.”
Tell your friend that he looks stupid when you have your glasses on, but it is something you have gotten used to.
You owe no explanation. Tell your “friend” to go fly a kite.
I learned this in 4th grade:
If your only choices for friends are bad ones, it’s better to have no friends at all. Yeah, it’s lonely, but it’s better than being bullied by your creeper “friends”.
Tell him would you take them off if you were me?
