How do you make some nutritional foods like brussel sprouts tasty/fun?

Someone (not a nutritionist etc.) was heard saying “There is nutritional food and there is fun food.” as if it’s nutritional it can’t be tasty/fun.
Is there a good site where they focus on how to make nutritional foods tasty without adding bad things like salt etc.

I agree with @janbb. Cheese sauce is excellent on most vegetables, and I don’t mean melted Velveeta.
Here are some kid friendly recipes we used something like this to get our two boys interested in good food and cooking good food. Can’t find the recipe book we used, but here is BuzzFeed. There are some sugar loads in this group but Zucchini spears with grated cheese was where we started our four year olds (they were two years apart in age) cooking.
Grill them. Or stir fry in sesame oil with red pepper flakes.
Actually, Brussels sprouts are delicious all by themselves.
Char grilled brussel sprouts are killer. Shredded and baked with a little olive oil and salt is awesome too. I had some for dinner tonight.
Cheese sauce, a salad dressing like Ranch, a splash of apple cider vinegar.
Acclamate your kids at a very early age. For a few years when I was growing up, we had a dog that ate VERY HEALTHY under our table. Tiny (whose girth soon mocked her monicker) gobbled up field loads of brussel sprouts and cauliflower in her 11 year lifespan. Broccoli on the other hand, we were given raw as infants along with the carrot sticks, celery, etc. My mom fed us the stuff to teethe on, and I carry bags of broccoli florettes to this day in the car or truck for munching.
Grill ‘em, sprinkle with parm or feta.
AllRecipies is the cooking website that I use. Just go to their site and you can start with a category, such as healthy, or a specific ingredient, such as Brussels sprouts, or both. Voila. A list of recipes shows up that meets the criteria.
Yep, love Brussel Sprouts, I either bake them/grill them or slice them in a skillet with a little olive oil, sea salt and pepper and saute/sear them. Amazing!
I use filtered or distilled bottled water for Brussels sprouts. Extra margirin or butter. I agree with melted cheese .
I used to hate Brussels sprouts until I had them roasted with garlic. Now they are a go-to for me.
Running out to do errands right now. I’ll be back later with some ideas : )
Thanks so much everyone.
Is it only grilling meat that’s harmful? “Polycyclic aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) and Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs) are associated with meat. Do you have to pick out the burnt part of the grilled vegies?
Or is there a way to grill to avoid the burnt parts in the first place?
Thanks especially @Kardamom, that’s a lot of sites.
