Have you seen the white rhino on Tinder?
I have never visited Tinder, but it was on the news.
I could maybe do a link, but it is much easier just to google white rhino.
Apparently there is only one living male of a sub species, only two females. They haven’t successfully mated, and he is very old.
Is this the last of these creatures?
Can’t they artificially inseminate?
Thoughts?

It’s incredibly sad. I would imagine they have collected semen and other DNA material to enable them to look at cloning in the future. I don’t know if they’ve tried artificial insemination, but I find it hard to believe they wouldn’t have tried this.
A comedian here said he should change his name to Rhino Reynolds to improve his Tinder success. I think it’s a good plan.
I’d like to take hunters and poachers out to the savannah, leave them there with no guns and arm conservationists and let them all practice their shooting skills.
I hope one of the females (or both!) swipes right!
At least one of them did. He is old, but tried. It said trainers even tried to help him (??!!!?!?!), but so far it hasn’t resulted in a pregnancy.
@Patty_Melt I didn’t know what tinder is. And my search engine is StartPage. I searched and National Geographic had a pic of what appeared to be a very old rhinoceros. Always seems sad when a species is endangered. Thanks for sharing.
I heard that he’s like 95 in rhino years. He’s no spring chicken…
A threesome with the remaining gals might be too much for him. But what a way to go….
