What is the most boring speech you have heard?

That’s hard… I spent a lot of days in church.

Hard to say. Probably the speaker at my college graduation. But that’s so many years ago, I have forgotten who it was/

Honestly I have never heard any interesting speech in real life.

If it’s boring, I’m not listening. The majority of speeches are way too long.

Most likely the one I’m about to make at any given moment.

I can’t recall, I’ve heard a handful of bad speeches. The speaker at my sister’s commencement this past weekend was pretty terrible. I yawned a lot and even rolled my eyes a couple of times (I was way in the back in a crowd of thousands of people, so, no chance the speaker saw this.)

Yeah, all of them. Except Obama. I would like to attend one of Obama’s speeches.

That would be the 20-minute monologue, from any long-talker who’s been asked a simple, yes-or-no question.

“Would you like a glass of white wine?”

“Have I ever told you about the first time I tried white wine? I must have been age 20, and I was wearing red shoes. I wondered why this stuff was so pale and watery. But,...”

I don’t know. I fell asleep.
