Where? Anywhere. I mean could there be a let’s say 123 Kennedy street, and you ask what is the cross street, and they tell you ” Kennedy street” Would you think they must be wrong or what? If you don’t think that they must have it wrong, why not? Would you think a city wouldn’t want to try and be confusing or not?
