How do I get my split personality to stop swearing at people? (possibly NSFW)

I’m wondering If I have a split personality and also wondering if he is using inappropriate language at people. The split personality is also traveling through time. I only find out what I might have said at night when I’m sleeping. Other people tell me what I say after the fact.
