We need to reproduce because the elderly can’t do everything.

My guess would be around 10% of those already eager to do so.

Killer bacteria and viruses tailored to humans.

Xerox copier salesmen and women.

People with money who willing to do so. Seriously, no money no kids. Just watch people in thrid-world countries, many people have lots and lots of kids but having trouble to feed them, let alone caring about their education (and government can’t help every kids out there as they have enough problem already).

As above. And to add to that only mentally and physically stable people who have something to offer. We do not need more victims of life’s shit.
