Does anyone know a good men's clothing store or online site that sells custom fit clothing for short men at an affordable price?

I’m 5’4” and for years I’ve been wearing shorts that make me look like Frodo Baggins.
I think it’s unusual that there are countless big and tall stores at affordable prices, but for short men, there are mostly expensive options like Nordstrom and Peter Manning.

It might be easier to find pants or shorts that fit at a discount store or second hand store and have them tailored to fit unless you’re willing to do it yourself. It’s not at all difficult to simply shorten them.
^Says the person that obviously knows how to sew. Maybe you can find something here It looks like if you click on the different pics it gives you store names where you can find these clothes.
I’ve shortened shorts in the past and they actually look even worse
@chyna I can learn how to sew by watching a YouTube video, just like I can learn how to cook by watching another one, just like I can learn any number of other activities!
And no, I don’t know how to use a sewing machine. I don’t even own one! The hardest part is measuring and being sure it’s correct before you cut.
@rockfan Do an internet search for “how to shorten pants by hand,” and watch as many videos and picture by picture websites until you understand the process.

Also, Asian men tend to be much smaller than western men. Maybe you could ask some smaller Asians where they get their clothes.
Uniqlo has clothing in small sizes.
