Does he sleep? How can he be up all hours of the night sending seemingly drunken (he doesn’t drink,) self promoting, whining tweets? Is it cocaine use?

Yes, I have heard him claim he sleeps four hours OR LESS each night. Amazing, for a man in his seventies.
