Get a DVD of Groundhog Day and watch it every day.

What are the parameters of the loop? Suppose instead of repeating the same day, you were forced to repeat the same year or decade?

@stanleybmanly Two weeks, then four weeks, then six weeks, and over forever from a saved point like a video game. You have limited knowledge of the future. I’m in it now. I can’t change much. How do I keep it from becoming a personal hell?

It wouldn’t be personal hell if you had the freedom to do as you please. That “limited knowledge” means that you would know the future. The possibilities for you should be endless.

Well, I hope Lord Voldemort likes ‘I Got You Babe’ by Sonny and Cher, or he’s in for a rough time.

Think “what would Doctor Who do?” Or perhaps, take advantage of it. Catch up on the reading I’ve been meaning to get around to for years, play computer games, etc.

You do the same that Majin Buu did to get out of the Chamber of Spirit and Time:
You scream really loud to rip a hole into the space time fabric.

Embrace it, take advantage and learn everything there is to know, then try to get out.

Place your head firmly between your legs, say, “Well, here we are again” to your a$$, then lovingly kiss it goodbye.

Watch one of those satysfying gifs on loop.

I thought “Phil”, (Bill Murray) handled it well in Groundhog day. He bettered himself.
He learned French, learned to play the piano, well, make ice sculptures and how to talk with women Not a bad deal.

Recognizing the delusion for what it is is a good start.

Reminds me of an episode of the old Twilight Zone series. A British Air Ace from World War One was going back and forth between 1918 and the 50s. (Old series). He landed at an American air base somewhere in Europe, where an RAF Air Marshal was visiting, who recognized him as a fellow flyer who had disappeared with no trace. Calls him a deserter and has American security troops chase him all the the base. All kinds of high strangeness ensues.

@all Update Thanks. My psychologist said today that somethings is happening with me. Could be a delusion, Could be PTSD, or Im actually traveling through time.

Also I am at ~592 days straight on Duolingo free French lessons.

Please keep up with the suggestions.
