Have You Ever Seen the Rain?
I learned it in a guitar class. I still like to sing it.

Fortunate Son
It’s still true. It’s always true.

Give me time to cue them up on Pandora, and I’ll get back to you. My dad liked that group. I remember hearing the music, but I can’t get all the titles.

I’m ok with CCR if they happen to be playing somewhere I’m at, but I can’t say that I’ve ever dug them enough to listen to them on my own or to really have any kind of favorite by them.

And poor John Fogerty. Must be the only person to ever be sued for plagiarizing himself.

Bad Moon Rising.

Dang it. That’s 4. I don’t know which one to take out.

@Darth_Algar What?

After CCR broke up John Fogerty, in order to get out of his contract with Fantasy Records he signed away any rights he had to CCR’s music. Years later Fantasy sued him claiming that his song ‘the Old Man Down the Road’ plagiarized the CCR song (which he also wrote) ‘Run Through the Jungle’. Ultimately Fogerty won the case (demonstrating to the court that any similarities in the songs are simply his particular style as a songwriter) and Fantasy Records was ordered to reimburse his legal costs.

Oh that’s too much! They must have felt like idiots!
