I guess donut and chocolate bar would be 2 examples. What else? It doesn’t need to be just 10.

Do you mean health-wise or personal taste-wise?
Ramen noodles apparently wreak havoc on your stomach. That’s just besides the MSG-filled seasoning packet included. They’re so good though.
Cheetos – they’re bad for you and bad for the country!
For me? Meaning things I eat that I know I shouldn’t?
- Anything with cheese. Biggest culprits are pizza, grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and omelettes.
- Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream
- cake
- cookies
- chips
- chocolate pudding pie with cool whip on top. (I just had this 5 minutes ago, I added fresh strawberries on the side, so maybe I can count that part as healthy).
- pecan turtles
- Coca Cola. Yum! I rarely indulge. I miss it.
- Frozen Stouffers lasagna with meat sauce, mac and cheese, Swedish meatballs, chicken a la king, and escalloped chicken and noodles. Stouffers is the best frozen in my opinion. I very rarely buy any other brand except for frozen pizzas. I could probably have Stouffer’s every day for one of my meals and be completely happy. Too bad most the dishes aren’t very healthy. They do make Lean Cuisine, but I don’t eat many of them, none regularly.
My vote is for sugary soft drinks like Coke
The following items are loaded with calories and have little or no nutritional value:
Alcoholic beverages
Sugary soft drinks (includes fruit drinks)
Candy
Ice cream
Pastries and other baked sweets
Potato and corn chips
Pretzels
French fries
Onion rings
White bread and white pasta (even the “enriched flour” versions have dubious benefits)
I treat these items as rare, occasional treats, to be avoided in day-to-day food and beverage choices.
I have problems with nitrates, so my favorite foods are bad for me:
ham
bacon
hot dogs
polish sausage
spam
Potato chips
Soda
Cold cuts
