They say happiness is in small things, don’t they?
What small thing makes you happy?
What is something seemingly insignificant, that satisfies you.
Like, having jars with all the same coloured cap on your shelf or parking juuust right or lying on a cold pillow in summer or seeing a comment with an even number of upvotes.
Tiny pleasures like that.

Being in water on a hot, hot day. Preferably with grand kids.
When I was a kid and spent 24/7 at the pool, getting out when I was cold and lying on the warm concrete was so great.
My comfy, warm bed on a cool night with the windows open. That’s like, the best ever.
A book on my lap, a cup of good coffee at my left hand, both pups on my right to scruffle.
Chocolate and shopping for $0.01 books on Amazon.
My SO’s smile and the way her hair periodically falls over one eye.
Lying on bed, in a big blanket, while it rains outside.
But then again I’m a sloth :p
Ice cream sandwiches for breakfast
Making my wife happy. She likes doing me little favors, which I do appreciate. Like last week when she took in the car to have headlight replaced, which I had been procrastinating doing (I know, my bad). I really was happy about it, but she enjoys it when I’m more demonstrative. So I gave her a big hug and kiss and told her she had made my day, which is true. She got huge smile on her face and was all bubbly and happy the rest of the day. OK, I’m sappy. But there you have it.
^ That’s kinda cute. I really mean it.
Opening a new bag of fresh ground coffee. The smell is so delicious.
Working up a good sweat doing yardwork.
A shower after a long day camping and fishing.
I don’t consider it “tiny.”
Well, that’s the end result for most of your patients @Rarebear. I can see why you like them.
