Is this a trick to determine accurately the place and the speed of an electron?
To place force the electron in the edge of a sphere and to put the speed to zero?

What you are suggesting isn’t possible. Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle says so. The uncertainty principle actually states a fundamental property of quantum systems, and is not a statement about the observational success of current technology.

Oh all right then. Lets drop the electron into a black hole. You will then know exactly where it is and as it can’t move out of the black hole you will know its speed as well.
