Live PD - Pluses and minuses?

My wife really likes watching Live PD. This is a show that supposedly has live cameras with various police departments around the nation. If you have seen this show, what are your opinions of it?

We like it a lot. I could watch it for two hours straight. I have to force myself to get up and do something useful . Which is the story of my life. I wish to come back in my next life as a retired man with a great partner to wait on me and cook delicious meals for me while I watch all the tv shows I enjoy with no guilt.
