Do you know why my friend is experiencing these browser issues?

He posted on Facebook “The last couple of days I have had multiple notifications of being logged into Facebook by unrecognized browsers. I’ve done all the due diligence regarding passwords and such, yet it continues. It’s happened both on my Droid phone and Windows tablet so I doubt it is device or OS specific. Is anyone else experiencing this?”

Switching back and forth (phone and tablet and PC and. . . ) will cause the notification I think.
