During and following Katrina, I was amazed at most radio stations good taste at NOT playing “When The Levee Breaks”.
Watching all these people helping rescue others using their small boats and jet skis reminds me of Dunkirk.

Jars of Clay has a song called “Flood.” I listened to it a lot after my two floods. It simultaneously pulled me into depression, whilst helping me keep perspective…
