Is it ok to eat a cliff bar for midnight snack every night while I listen to a radio show from 1 am to 5 am?
It’s either that or make a whole meal every night. In general. I am looking for snacks for when I watch Coast to Coast am at night to dawn.

I wouldn’t do it every night. Anything taken to excess tends to become a problem. Seems like not what Cliff bars are best for, but it’s certainly not the worst late-night snack, but it’s not really a good dinner either. I’d look for some other options. I’d also try to get in better touch with what your body is actually hungry for, and work on trying to be able to have that.
I mean, they’re probably not the best thing to eat before sleep. Better than a whole meal? I would think so.

@MrGrimm888 I go to sleep at 6am when my radio show, “Coast to Coast am”, is over
^Ah. I guess you like the show. I though you would.
Well. Ideally, let’s say you eat the cliff bar a few hours before you go to bed. It’ll be better for digestion. And you may burn some of it off before bed. Or, snake on some almonds, or pistachios during the show…
Make a habit of doing an exercise routine at some point during that time, and it could even become a healthy habit.
I can’t judge because I don’t know your age or state of health. But if you like doing it and aren’t suffering any physical woes, what the heck.
There are a lot worse things you could be eating before bed, so I’d say yes, go for it.
