What hormone is produced to fight hunger pains?

What causes hunger pains to go away temporarily?

I don’t know, but I do know sometimes I feel hungry and then it goes away just like you mention. I’m a little overweight, so I think some of it has to do with I don’t really need to eat. It’s not like I’m going to waste away in a day. I might be hungry from outside cues, like it’s the time of day I should be hungry, or I’m bored.

If you’re trying to fight hunger pains because you’re trying to lose weight, eat more often, but lower calorie foods, drink a lot of water, and move more (exercise)!

Sometimes our bodies tell us we’re hungry on cue, like if we tend to eat at specific times. If it goes away you weren’t really hungry. It’s always a goid idea to wait to see if you’re actually hungry.
Hormones have nothing to do with it as far as I know.

Might be Insulin. Not sure. When I am hungry and don’t eat for a while then the hunger pains disappears for a while.
