Does Alberta and Canada have debt ceilings?

No but we do have levels of debt that get terrifying. And then we usually pay them down. Alberta is in a rough spot because (as you know RedDeerGuy1) oil prices tanked. When they tanked so did our economy. We have needed to diversify for years and we are paying the price for ignoring that.
