How to record PS3 Gameplay?

Hello, I was wondering how I can record Gameplay on the PS3, do I use OBS, a Gaming Card, or something else?.

Oh you see I got this Elgato Gaming Card awhile ago, and I was able to get It working. [12–09-2018_18_09]
