Does anyone have the problem of hearing your heartbeat in your ear?

Pulsating, non-stop heartbeat sound. Can’t just be tinnitus. Seems to be getting worse. I have been to at least 4 ear specialists who have not shed any light on it. Is it time for a vascular specialist?
