Do you like caviar ?

Fifty years ago, lol, my then s/o and I were invited to a big party in Dallas at a hotel. I didn’t know anybody but he did. I noticed a long table at the back of the room and roamed back there. I saw a punchbowl of caviar and a stack of crackers. I tasted some and loved it so much I kept at it for half an hour ! By myself ! I couldn’t believe fish eggs could be so heavenly. Haven’t had any since. What is your opinion of caviar, if any? I bet it was my last taste of it.

I have tried it but not with the appropriate serving utensil. Bone is the preferred tool, plastic might be OK. Once the caviar is touched by a metal object, the taste is ruined. So no one I was with liked the taste. (It was black Russian caviar, if I recall correctly.)

You’ll save yourself a lot of money. Champagne prices are now ridiculous. Prosecco is now our go-to.
