What would you do about an on-going eye twitch?

Hi Guys,
Yes it’s me – I’m back.
So I got really bad congestion for a week and my eye twitch stopped!
It was amazing and I thought it had gone – then the congestion disappeared and the eye twitch came back!
I’m at my wit’s end with this bloody eye twitch and my mouth feels like it’s twitching too. I’ve been to many Dr’s, ophthalmologist and a neurologist, none has given me an answer outside of ‘it’s not sinister and will self-resolve.’ – well three months later it hasn’t self-resolved.
I’m really over it guys – what would you do?
What would your next step be?
Demand an MRI?
Go back to the Dr?
Antidepressants?
When I touch it, it twitches, when I rub my nose it twitches!
Why did it stop when I was congested?
It’s making me hugely depressed… thoughts?
