Where do your dogs go when they're outside and they want to get out of the weather?
They’re usually inside, but in the back yard we cut a dog-sized hole in the base of a covered deck. They like it in there. It’s full of leaves and dry and cozy.

Into the oven. It is really warm there.
I got my pet a nice cozy pillow and a huge umbrella over it . She loves it soo much that she doesnt want to get back in the house.
No longer have a dog but she had good size dog house in the back yard, and she would duck in there in bad weather. Unless it got really cold and we would let the galoot inside..
Dakota LOVES the cold. She loves to lay down in the snow.
Lol, Russell HATES rain. And dirt. And outside in general. We make him suffer through trips to the beach occasionally.
I had a doghouse full of straw and a mud-hole full of water. He would lay in the shade and sometimes lay down in the ice cold stream water, but not for long! He could always get up on the porch or come inside the house. He didn’t seem the mind the weather much.
They have the barn and stalls which are always open. When in the field, they have shelters that are shared by the sheep, but they rarely deign to take such lowly lodgings. They prefer to lay under nearby Pecan and Magnolia trees from which they can watch the sheep better.
I don’t let my dog outside unsupervised, and I don’t leave her out in the weather.
We have a double lot and a large fenced back yard. I wouldn’t have a dog that I would never let outside. Or a cat.
My dogs are inside and then outside about 30 times a day. Clearly they don’t like staying outside.
Same here. If the weather is nice we just leave the back door open.
Turned to this question just as one scratched the back door to be let out AGAIN
